Return & Refund Policy
- Product(s) returned must be presented with original payment receipt/invoice.
- Product(s) must be returned in new and original condition, with original packaging, labels and/or tags.
- Please note that there will be no refund for washed/used product(s) or product(s) damaged by the customer.
- Dreams Home Furnishings Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any shipment lost during the return transit.
- The condition of the product(s) will be reviewed by our warehouse upon receipt. Once the return is approved and confirmed, we will initate a refund. Refund process may take up to 14 business days.
- Dreams Home Furnishings Sdn Bhd reserves the right for final decision.
- Dreams Home Furnishings Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
